Etsy is horrible with customer service I ordered a vintage lamp globe from Old Mill Vintage. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. They refused a refund or exchange. Just took my money and left me with something I cant use.
If I could give Etsy 0 stars I would. I had ordered a face mask 2 months ago which I never received. It was dumb on my part for not checking where it was shipping from which was a BIG mistake.
